Drama With A Difference is one of Australia's leading, independent drama schools. With a history that spans more than twenty years, the school is the launching pad of many successful actors.

An ideal place for aspiring actors, Drama With A Difference is also committed to teaching classes to people of all ages for recreational purposes as drama classes are great for self-esteem, meeting like-minded people, exploring one's creativity and simply having fun!

ADULT RECREATIONAL CLASS

The Adult classes offer two options and no experience is required for either. One is purely recreational and consists of a weekly two-hour class in Kew. This course starts on Thursday 25 January, however, if places are available, students can enrol later in the term and pro-rata the fees. For all information regarding this class which is held in Kew, please click here.

ADULT PERFORMANCE / INTENSIVE COURSE

The other Adult Class is a performance class and students will perform in a season of shows in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. This is not stand-up comedy, but a series of comic scenes. You will be guided and directed well in advance of performing and will learn some of the techniques used by professional actors. This course begins on Tuesday 13th February and runs from Clifton Hill. For further information, please click here.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The classes for high school students start the week beginning 29 January, however, pro-rata fees are available for those starting later (pending availability). There is a Thursday after school class held in Kew and a Monday class held in Clifton Hill. For information on the classes for high school students, click here.

KIDS' CLASSES

The kids' classes are held on Wednesday afternoons at Kew and Saturday mornings at Clifton Hill. Classes also commence the week beginning 29 January, but students can enrol later in the term on a pro-rata basis (pending availability). For information on our kids' classes, please click here.
