2) In a separate bowl, pour in some icing sugar and add a small amount of water, mix it until it becomes a thick mixture. Stir in the red food colouring to make it a dark pink. Frost the bottom of each cookie half with the frosting.
3) If you have mini marshmallows, place them around the curve of half of the amount of cookies. If you have the large marshmallows, cut them into quarters, and place them around the curve of the cookie.
4) Take the other half of the cookie and place it on top of the half with the teeth. Then add two silvered almonds at the front of the teeth to create fangs. If you have normal almonds, take off the brown layer and cut them in half.
