Dr Morse’s Fancy Feeds: A Forager's Feed


Dr Morse Executive Chef Johny Dominguez is keeping it local and seasonal with A Forager's Feed, a mushroom focused three-course dinner that showcases the produce of the Yarra Valley's Unearthed Co. Mushrooms. Expect an autumnal array of mushrooms presented over three courses with a strong focus on provenance. The dinner will feature a selection of different mushroom flavours and textures in different dishes to highlight precision and finesse while maintaining approachability. Menu examples include: beef wellington with wagyu fillet and mixed mushrooms or pumpkin wellington for vegetarians; wild garlic roasted mushroom parfait; and chestnut, black pearl and snowflake mushroom risotto.

A Forager's Feed takes place at 6pm on 30 March. Tickets are $75pp. Add $40 for matched drinks. Vegetarian option available.
