Anyone who has ever been on a diet or tried to control their food intake will know that it's exhausting, takes all the pleasure out of eating and can result in a rollercoaster of guilt and shame. Why does it have to be so hard? Can't we just be confident with our bodies, without feeling the pressure to have the perfect figure?

If you avoid 'bad' foods, feel exhausted by relying on your looks or body to make you happy or feel hopeless about the way you look, there is help available. Dr Katherine's Body Confidence Interactive Talk and Workshop on Wednesday, 8 November will introduce you to realistic ways to be happy, even without the 'perfect' body.



Dr Katherine Iscoe is Perth's top Body Confidence Expert. During this interactive workshop, participants will learn about her science-based DNA-Specific Body Confidence Code and how to apply it to become a happier, healthier and more confident you. Together you will discuss why you really want to feel confident and think about your motivations.

Dr Katherine will discuss the Seven Pillars System and how it works to improve body confidence and diminish those heightened feelings of shame and guilt that can come from over-indulging. You can have your cake, pasta or white bread and eat it too, and bring the pleasure back to eating without feeling like it's going straight to your hips.



This workshop will provide you with science-based, practical information you can take away and start putting into action. There are no pre-requisites to attend but do come with an open mind and leave young children at home, as Dr Katherine may drop the occasional F-Bomb here and there.
