Located on Hindley Street, is a great place to enjoy a good variety of pub food. This restaurant recently started a new menu, which notably includes a few Asian inspired dishes.

is one of the few places that we are aware of that offers Eggplant Schnitzel. The dish served here had eggplant that still retained a bit of bite, which was contrasted nicely by the crisp coating. The coating had a hint of peppery taste to impart more flavour to the dish. We chose to have pepper sauce with the dish. The sauce was not too thin and had a good degree of peppery flavour.



Among the Asian inspired dishes that can be ordered, their Korean Fried Chicken had succulent chicken and coating that had the flavour typical of the plain version of this dish. The spicy-sweet sauce was served as a dipping sauce. It had a good amount of spice with a hint of sweetness. A lemon wedge was also included for squirting over the chicken to add a hint of sharpness.



The chicken schnitzel in the Chicken Parmigiana was done as well as their Korean Fried Chicken. The parmigiana topping had a flavour that is similar to pizza topping. Accompanying the schnitzel was a salad which was dressed in a dressing that had a delightful tangy flavour and chips that had a lovely crunch. This dish can be ordered as part of a $19 combo deal that includes a drink of your choice.



Their Tater Tots were fluffy and fried sufficiently to give them a good amount of crunch. They were also seasoned with just enough salt to lift their flavour. We opted to order them as Loaded Tater Tots with pulled pork topping. The pulled pork was very juicy and of a quantity to make eating the dish a satisfying experience. It was particularly good drizzled over with barbeque sauce and mayonnaise before eating it.
