First opened at Glenelg in 2020, ' second branch at Mawson Lakes is a pizza joint that places a focus on using South Australian produce for their dishes. The range of pizzas is very diverse, covering both familiar options and more unique toppings for those that like something a bit different.

The Pizzata range features pizzas with a thin and crispy crust. The crust has a lovely toasted taste that makes them quite delectable. Their Peking Duck Pizzata had a generous amount of duck and the hoisin sauce base added a delectable sweet-savoury taste. Chilli flakes added a bit of heat and diced cucumbers and spring onion slices added extra texture and flavour to the pizza.

Their use a similar dough to that used for their pizzas but the dough is allowed to prove for a bit longer. They had a firm texture while still being light and fluffy and were cooked sufficiently to give them a golden-brown colour. The Bruschetta were topped with garlic butter and pesto sauce that made them taste quite moreish. Tomatoes partnered nicely with the pesto.

The chunks of chicken in the Chicken Pesto Pizza were cooked just right and the amount was enough to make eating the pizza a satisfying experience. It got its delectable flavour from the same pesto used in the Bruschetta and the diced tomatoes and basil completed the dish. For an extra cost, the base can be upgraded to the one used for the Pizzata range.

Their Sloppy Joe Pizza featured a generous amount of hot spiced beef that was not too hot. Jalapenos highlighted the spicy flavour while adding a bit of sourness. The spiciness was balanced by the capsicum and red onions provided a bit of crunch. A pizza cutter was provided with their pizzas to simplify the task for diners to portion them out into single servings.

For those that desire something a bit healthier, the Pizza Lite range features ringed-shaped pizzas with a centre of a dressed salad. The Cajun spices in the Cajun Chicken Pizza Lite gave it a distinctive smoked taste. The salad complemented the pizza nicely and had enough dressing to ensure it was not too dry.

While pizzas form a core part of their menu, the restaurant also offers a few non-pizza dishes. Their Chicken Wings had tender flesh that was easy to eat off the bones and the sweet chilli that we chose as the glaze gave them a delectable spicy kick. While tasty enough as-is, barbeque sauce and spicy mayonnaise were provided as dipping sauces for those that want to add more flavour.

Available as a side dish or a main-sized dish, the chickpeas in the Superboost Salad gave it a texture different from most salads. Cranberries added a bit of sweetness. The balsamic vinaigrette dressing was what gave the dish its delightful tangy flavour and a scattering of pepita seeds added a bit of crunch.

For those that that prefer something more familiar, there is the Family Size Garden Salad. All the vegetables used for the salad were very fresh and the slices of red onions added a bit of crunch and sharpness. This salad also used a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Aside from being in the main menu, their are also featured in their dessert menu. The amount of cinnamon sugar used to dust the Choc Cinnamon was not too excessive and the drizzling of white chocolate sauce and chocolate fudge sauce partnered wonderfully with the cinnamon. For those that desire something extra, a scoop of ice cream can be added for an extra cost.

The décor of the restaurant gave it a modern and casual feel. Visitors that visit on Fridays have the pleasure of listening to live music while they enjoy their meal.
