This is the second article I've read where you have mentioned bircher muesli. What exactly is it compared to just ordinary muesli?

It's like cold ruity porridge. Bircher muesli was developed around 1900 by a Swiss doctor as he believed in a diet of more fresh fruit than grain was better for his patients. The raw muesli is usually soaked overnight since they took some time to soften. Normal muesli breakky is just the raw muesli and toasted muesli in a bowl where you pour milk over - more grainy. Love the Bircher. On a quest to find the best porridge in Sydney!
