Experience Melbourne's first ever Donut Festival
Melburnians it's what you've been waiting for your whole life (if you are anything like Homer Simpson). It's time for us to experience our very own donut festival! From New York to LA, this concept is on its way to Melbourne.
So what goes with donuts? Well, coffee and beer of course, so you get the best of all worlds from the 12th – 13th of March, Donut, Coffee and Beer Fest!
The event, held over the Labour Day long weekend, will have Melbourne's best donut and food vendors dishing up new flavours as well as their favourites on the day. Melbourne's coffee lords will be serving up the best beans for you, and if you get thirsty and want something to cool you down, the bar has you covered.
The first DonutFest will be held at the legendary beer garden at The Village Melbourne at 557 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. Entrance is on the Moubray Street – just follow the donut banners on the day!
This festival is all about fun, food and culture and supporting local communities and togetherness. A portion of the money made on the day will be donated to local not-for-profit organisations like Eat Up.
Entry into the event is only a gold coin donation.
