I've read a couple of reviews about Vietnamese Pork Rolls, and I have tried my fair share of them over the years, but I continue to revisit the Dong Xin Hot Bread Shop to buy mine. Personally, for me they make the best Pork Rolls in Sydney.
With slices of pork, onion, shallots, carrot, soy sauce and chilli on a crunch fresh roll. It is the perfect bite to eat for lunch when you only have a few spare dollars in your pocket. Being a bit of a chilli fan, I find that they put just the right amount of it on my roll.
If you don't believe me then it might be worth trying one yourself.
