Tales of her life, loves and lascivious behaviour
Those of my readers old enough to know who Sophie Tucker was will be familiar with the ethos of Ms Dolly Diamond. She is Sophie Tucker, Two Ton Tessie O'Shea and Bette Midler rolled into one glorious persona.
Vulgar, suggestive, risque, gorgeous, hugely talented and the absolute essence of stupendous femininity, comic skills and singing talent wrapped in outrageously flamboyant gowns.

I would be reluctant to suggest that Ms Diamond is older than perhaps twenty-two, but she has a long and successful career in cabaret, live media, festivals, hosting charity events and now she's returning to Fringe World with her newest show The Lady Is a Tramp.
If you'd like a sneak preview of the lady a clip may be found on YouTube here.
The Lady is a Tramp (talk about your double entendre!) is part of Perth Fringe World and Ace's Cabaret Downstairs at The Maj. It runs from the 7th to the 11th February at Ace's Cabaret at Downstairs at The Maj, 825 Hay Street, Perth at 9:00pm.
Tickets cost from $36 and may be booked on the Fringe World website here.
Dolly's also on tour and will be appearing at 7:30pm at Hubbub Boardwalk in Cabaret, The Boardwalk, Ormsby Terrace, Mandurah. Tickets cost from $26 and may also be booked here.
Warning: Coarse language, adult themes and is suitable for those over fifteen only.
