Bring family, bring friends, introduce someone to the beauty of this Collectibles Fair and be a part of a supportive community. Autism SA is a not-for-profit organisation that provides services and support ot more than six thousand individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and their families.
This Fair celebrates its 51st Anniversary with a display of a variety of dolls, bears, toys and other collectables. Traders, raffles, a trash and treasure stall makes for an amazing and interesting event. Light refreshments will be available and provided by the charity selected.
There's colouring activities and face painting to keep the young ones and the young at heart happy. You never know who you might see at the event. At any rate, kids love dolls and bears and there's no doubt they'll be just as mesmerised as the collectors at this exhibition. Members bring along their collection and create colourful and unique displays for all to enjoy. You'll find dolls from earlly examples to more recent ones.
There's a special exhibition for the kids; the Enchanted Wood Display. It'll feature a variety of Sylvanian Family Dolls in a whimsical woodland wonderland inspired by Shirley Barber's books. There's lots to look at, including a Lego train carrying the dolls on a magical ride through the woodland setting. Trading tables with collectibles and other items for sale, plus the trash and treasure stall gives you an opportunity to pick up a bargain.
