SA Reborn Doll Guild Inc. are celebrating their 5th anniversary with a charming exhibition featuring the creative talents of Adelaide's doll and bear artisans, at the annual Doll and Bear Show in Fullarton.


A highlight of the exhibition will be doll making, sculpting and painting workshops conducted by several visiting international doll making artists. Guest of honour, Marita Winters, co-founder of Winter's Illustration and Design, will feature her love of sculpting, in a workshop concentrating on the realistic portrayal of tiny babies in sizes from miniatures to life size.


The show will have something for everyone with demonstrations, exhibitors, trading tables, refreshments and a challenging competition featuring teddy bears, porcelain, cloth, reborn and life like silicone dolls.

Proceeds of the event will go to support The Hudson Maher Foundation , which provides practical, day-to-day financial assistance in times of extreme need, to families living with life threatening bone marrow disease. Your support for this vital organisation is appreciated.

Where: Fullarton Community Centre 411 Fullarton Rd, Fullarton
When: Saturday 14th October, 10am to 4pm
Sunday 15th October, 10am - 3pm
Cost: $8 Adult, $5 Concession, Children under 12, free
