Hello there, I'm living in Adelaide and have a passion for food and love travelling. Trace my foot steps to see what I'm up to.

Yet another dessert shop has sprung up, adding to the list in Adelaide. I came across the newly-opened dessert shop, Dolci Galleria, on Magill Road the other night and decided to give it a try with a few friends. Upon entering the shop, we were greeted by the friendly waitress and since we were there early (dinner time), there were no other customers so we had our orders taken straight away. We ordered various desserts to share among us:
The creme brulee was spot-on. The texture was smooth and the berry compote complemented it perfectly. The green tea latte and iced mocha were equally delicious. The Belgian waffle was probably lacking the wow factor but it's waffle, what more can you ask for? The only let-down was probably the tiramisu. I thought they could add more coffee liquer and texture to the tiramisu as it tasted more like a sponge cake.
They have a wide tea selection and the price for each dessert is pretty reasonable (around $5 to 10). I am definitely coming back again for their Earl Grey creme brulee (their April special).
My daughter and I had a lovely tea and waffles dessert at Dolci Galleria last night. It's a lovely place for something sweet - and I like the care they take with the food and drinks. The food is delicious and everything is so well presented. Well done, Dolci!
