The Dojo Ramen Bar is inspired by many Tokyo Ramen Bars, a modern Japanese restaurant located in the buzzing heart of High Street Northcote. Be sure to arrive early or have a late dinner as it usually gets very crowded! If there is a group of more than 4 people they will take bookings!

Cool street scenes of Akihabara, and other Japanese districts line the walls. The bar is cosy and the decor inviting.

If you're looking for authentic Japanese Ramen made with fresh noodles you have to explore this restaurant and sake bar.

The broth has been developed directly with Ramen Masters in Tokyo, using the freshest local produce and secret ingredients imported directly from Japan.

As a vegetarian I went for the Veggie Ramen. This comprises Masaki san's secret veggie broth thickened with nut extract and soy milk. Topped shoyu marinated tofu, spring onions, benishoga and nori seaweed. So tasty it brought back memories of sitting at a ramen bar somewhere in Japan!
