It's man's best friend and now it's their day too. Dogs are some of the most loyal and wonderful creatures you will ever meet. You will never go wrong with your furry best friend at your side. So it's time to celebrate your sweet fluffy buddy on their big Dogs Day Out. All dogs that are on leads are welcome, and humans can come too. But only if you're on your best behaviour.



If you have a well-behaved pup, then you might want to enter them into the Best Dog Tricks and show off what they can do. Or, if they will tolerate you dressing them up in outfits, then you might want to show off their best costumes and they might win the Best Dressed Dog Competition. As for the humans, the little ones can get involved in a Colouring-in Competition (which you can find on their website) and they might win a great prize.

There is also an agility course for your dog to have a go at. And if your sweet darling dog is a bit smelly, there is a free dog wash too.

Maybe you are looking to get yourself a dog. Well, good news. There are Animal Rescue groups that are going to be there on the day so you can see your next new best friend.
At the same time, there will be an inflated bouncy castle, face painting and food trucks to enjoy. There will also be some merchandise stalls so you can get some retail therapy in as well.

If you want to take your little fluffy buddy to this event, then bring them on a leash to Rushton Park on Sunday, 30th of April between 10am and 1pm. And remember to keep them on a leash at all times. And pat them and tell them they are good boys and girls.
