A picturesque walk for you and your four legged friend

If your looking for somewhere peaceful to walk your four legged friend, look no further then Karawatha forest. Karawatha forest is an on leash park, where you can walk your pooch through 900 hectares of beautiful bushland.

For our walk today, we started on Acacia Road, Karawatha. Gates open from 6am to 6pm. There are a small number of parking spaces available, beware on the weekends they do fill up quite quickly. We wandered along The Rocks track, and followed it all the way to the top. Along the way we discovered a gorgeous wooden bridge, wooden stairs and a cheeky goanna.

We ate our afternoon tea at the top, overlooking nature's beauty, then made our way back down to the car.

Both of us thoroughly enjoyed a change of scenery in our afternoon walk.
