My ideas for games:

1) "Headless Monk, Headless Monk, Time Lord", "Duck, Duck, Goose"

2) "Davros Says", players say "I O-BEY" in their best Dalek voice as they do as "Davros" says. Failing to do so, or listening to anyone but "Davros" gets you labeled as an enemy of the Daleks and you are "exterminated" from the game.

3) "Weeping Angel Statues", "Red light, Green light"

4) "The Toymaker's Games", play a series of games or challenges with one non-player acting as The Celestial Toymaker. The winner (or top few winners) gets an awesome prize and the losers are saved by the Doctor (a second non-player) before they can be punished for losing with death or something equally horrible. A little role-play can be fun.

5) "Sontarans vs. Rutans", "Capture The Flag" with a rule variant: The Sontarans must charge out into the open, The Rutans, however, must sneak around and stay hidden as much as they can.

6) "The Torchwood Investigation", "Mafia" (the party game), Someone has murdered Captain Jack Harkness (the narrator), again, and must be caught before he can murder the rest of the Torchwood team (the players). The criminal entity, Adam Smith (the mafia player), can blend in with the rest by influencing others memories, though, and it's hard to know who is who and who is supposed to be there when minds can be changed without warning.
