Exploring the beauty of the universe is something fun and exciting that the Doctor shares with some of his assistants. The Doctor is probably too busy saving the Earth and other planets to stop in on this , but you never know who is going to show up on the night.

The 23rd of November is the 58th anniversary of the first episode of Doctor Who. The first series caught the attention of lifelong fans everywhere and the fervour hasn't stopped ever since. The ups and downs of the different Doctors leave everyone with strong opinions about who is the best Doctor, but every Doctor is a good Doctor in their own way. And with a new Doctor on their way, there are some future fans who are about to have a new favourite very soon.

Tardis day is celebrated on this Night Tour and to help yourself get into the mood, you definitely need to get dressed up as your favourite character. At the Perth Observatory, you will have the chance to see double stars, nebulas, and more. There will be star clusters, dying stars, and more. make sure to look through the telescope carefully. You might see a magical blue box fly by too.

If it happens to be cloudy on the night, don't worry. There are contingencies in place that make sure that you won't be disappointed if it is too cloudy to see anything in the universe.
In the museum, you can see meteorites, historical artefacts and more. And if you are careful, you might get the chance to meet a Dalek or two. Try not to get exterminated!

There are prizes waiting for the best dressed. There is a prize for the best-dressed child and the best-dressed adult. Get dressed up and get in the mood. And watch out for the madman in the box that is bigger on the inside. However if he is there, he is probably going to win best dressed. He does have an advantage.

To get involved, it is $55 for adults, $40 for concessions, and $30 for kids between 5 and 17. The Tardis night is on the 23rd of November, and the TARDIS materialises at 8:30pm. This incredible tour goes for about 1 and a half to 2 hours. Spend the evening seeing the universe for real, and dream of the Doctor while you're there. Bad Wolf is watching.
