The Docklands Firelight Festival is back from 30 June to 2 July from 5-10.30pm Fri and Sat - and till 10pm on the Sunday to mesmerise and amaze you. Celebrating the Solstice, the longest night of the year, with plenty of food and feasting across the three nights for an epic winter festival. Think fire pits, light shows, live music, pop-up foodie feasts and more. Best of all, entry is free. See here for the full three day program . Make your way to Docklands' Victoria Harbour Promenade, Harbour Esplanade, NewQuay Promenade, Buluk Park and Docklands Central Park to explore Firelight Festival's winter celebration of all things fire.

The Festival has pulled together some of Melbourne's best food trucks to offer up the tasty treats to warm your belly. Whether you've got a craving for a curry or you're salivating for a souvlaki, there's something for every type of foodie all weekend long. See here for the list of food trucks that cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free etc, and further down the web page you'll find all the eateries at Docklands, for even more choices. Hoy Pinoy is a favourite amongst those whom love those smoky Filipino BBQ and street food delights; Two Fat Indians for your curries and freshly brewed masala chai, rice pudding and donuts; The Kaiser's Sausages for freshly grilled gourmet sausages; Greek Trojan Food Truck for your high-end souvlaki wraps, salads and Greek style chips and a whole lot more.

DJ Mz.Rizk will be resident DJ throughout the three days, with Welcome to Country performed on the first night from 5.15pm to 6pm. There'll also be storytelling where you can wrap yourself up in stories about dark nights, mysteries, kindness, surprises, and even a fantastic creature or two. Or perhaps, listen to tales of ancient battling gods and goddesses, heroes, villains, and tricksters alike for your amusement and enchantment. Fire performers like Cirque Mystique are going to be amazing, so make sure you catch their dazzling performances. Don't forget to visit the fantastic light installations, especially those gorgeous Trumpet Flowers and Shrooms. Immerse yourself in light, colour, sound and good times with lots of photo opportunities to capture the magic of the night.
