Get your green thumb in working order
Want to find a bit of green respite in the towering spaces of Docklands? Then wander down to the Docklands Community Garden, a thriving small community garden that gives residents and visitors a chance to get involved in communal vegetable growing, meet new people and take part in a variety of community activities.
The Garden works under the idea that if people take something like herbs or some lemons, that they then put something back either a new plant or volunteer time helping out
In the future there will be a range of gardening talks as there are plans for construction of a new pavilion, but you don't have to wait until then it already has a barbeque and communal seating place available all year round, it's a great space to meet people and make new friends.
