This is a fundraising event to teach you different ways to learn how to relax and to reduce your stress levels. Your will learn techniques that you can later use in the comfort of your own home, and this in turn could make you live a fuller, healthier life.
Stress can cause many health and emotional issues including:
Anxiety
Over thinking things
Sleep disturbances
Constantly thinking work and many more
At this event, you will be shown how simple changes in your daily routine can impact the way you feel, and how you go about everyday life. This in turn can make you not only behave better but also feel better! There will be some amazing and inspiring local healers and wellness practitioners to enhance this experience.
This life improving event will be held on Sunday, 14th August from 10 am to 2 pm at the Stirling Civic Gardens in Cedric Street, Stirling. The event is free, however a gold coin donation would be much appreciated and help two children with progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC type I).
The set programme will be as follows:
10 - 10.15 Morning routine workout
10.20 - 10.50 High Intensity Training
11.00 - 11.55 Salsa class
11.00 - 11.30 Football for kids
12.00 - 12.45 Yoga
1.00 - 1.30 Football for kids
1.00 - 2.00 Meditation
There will be marquees with healers and carers all during the event, as well as remedial massage, beauty treatments, mindfulness training, health coaching, chess, language class, chill out zone, raffles and prizes throughout the day.
