High Street Melton between Smith Street and Hannah Watts Park is going to be swamped with activities and fun things to do when the Djeriwarrh Festival takes over on Saturday 23 November 2024 from 11.30am to 9pm. That's a whole lot of entertainment hours to be had, and your one-stop shop for festival fun. Look forward to all your festival favourites plus more. Live music, street parade , food trucks, market village , intercultural stage, a pet expo, sustainability lane, kids zone, emergency services display and of course fireworks !

Ready to welcome the whole family of all ages, including the tiniest of residents, a baby station has been set up at 'Raglan Cottage' and it's where you can feed, change or settle your baby. The cottage will be accessible throughout the day to ensure it makes it easy for mums with bubs. For the FAQs, see here . Committed to delivering events inclusive to all people, accessible toilets will be available on-site, and you can find the locations for these services on the 'Festival Map' which you can download here . It's also where you'll find all your accessibility questions answered, and where you can find other facilities like the sensory-friendly chill-out zone etc. If you have further questions there's also an email contact.

Food vendors galore, you'll find vegetarian, vegan, dairy, gluten and nut-free options, halal and more. The food vendors have the dietary rainbow covered. Whether you're a sweet tooth, a veg-enthusiast, a cultural cuisine lover or a caffeine addict, the options are almost endless at the food truck park. You'll find all of these culinary delights and more at the 'Melton Police Paddock' from 12pm - 9pm!

This festival has mapped it all out to make sure the kids are going to have a whale of a time too. For the Kids there's a Kids' Zone where they can slow down a little as it features a soft play space with relaxation sessions, sensory play, bubbles and other slow activities at the 'Civic Lawn' between 12-5pm. After 5pm you'll find the sensory-friendly space move to the 'Police Paddock'. There are roaming entertainers like stilt walkers, African drumming, a one-man band and more. Don't blink as they're here, there, and everywhere. A neon forest, an oculus, space monsters, daytime adventures (intercultural communities performances, pet expo, sustainability village, emergency services display, fit & informed zone, youth space), street parade, Lions Club Carnival and more, you'll find all the deets here .
