A coffee a day keeps my friends near, spontaneity keeps my heart clear. I lack sometimes the steam, to pursue the never-ending dream.

Here are some brilliant ideas that will put a warm smile on that person's face using those lively and nimble hands. Let your hands create a gift that will convey your heartfelt thoughts and tell a story about that special someone.

Bring out the scissors and papers and craft your way to his or her heart!

If he or she loves Nicholas Sparks' books and taking walks by the beach: Message on the Rocks

Nothing says "Love rocks!" or "You rock my world!" as much as pencilling or stamping love messages on pebbles. If he or she is a sensitive soul with a sweet nature, this will be a gift that will speak a thousand words.

If you want to make it more interesting, try writing fun never-been-done-before date ideas (like flying a kite or attend a baking class) on each pebbles and place it in a cookie jar. Then, before each date, pick a pebble like a lottery dip and go forth on your adventure!

If he or she has that cute pout that you can't resist:
I-want-this-now coupons

Guys do pout too; they do it as a sulk. But behind every pout or sulk, there is actually an inner kid demanding for his or her wants. So, if you can't decide whether you are crazy about that pout or tired of it, then this gift would be perfect.

Compile all the demands that you anticipate he or she will make and collate it into a coupon book. You will be loved for your foresight and "selflessness" and you don't have to worry about seeing that pout/sulk ever again!

If he or she loves her hot cuppa coffee every morning: Remember me? Coasters

You know that you are non-existential until he or she has a shot of caffeine. You yearn for that "good morning" call and you look at your phone every second for that reply text. But until that hot cuppa coffee is drunk, he or she might not even remember your name.

So, to be that first person he or she thinks of after a sip of that potent decoction, try this: design a loud and unique coaster that screams "Remember Me?"

You will definitely receive that morning call the minute he or she puts down the coffee cup.

If he or she is glued to the television once footy or Glee is on: Please-hug-me pillow

When the AFL or Glee season begins, you struggle to maintain your place in his or her life. And, you can't stand sitting through another footy match or Glee episode.

So, here is an idea if you find your place slowing slipping away to the corridors of McKinley High and to the high end notes of the Glee kids.

Sew a love word pillow; and the love word is "Please hug me".

It is a reminder of how miserable you are without his or her attention, without sounding petty or unreasonable. So preserve your number 1 spot and reserve your place next to him or her with a pillow.
