An easy and fun weeknight meal idea, are these DIY Peking Duck Pancakes. Aldi offers a package of two Peking duck thighs, hoi sin sauce, and 10 rice flour pancakes for $15 that not only is easy to create, but tastes great too!

Warm then slice the moist Peking duck thighs, precooked for your convenience, as directed, and steam heat the pancakes. Made individually, create your own pancake by adding strips of duck meat, thinly sliced cucumbers, fresh red chillies, and spring onion, drizzle with sweet hoi sin sauce, wrap and you've got yourself a much sought after entree that close to matches that found in a Chinese restaurant - try it!
