Urgh, winter. The weather just makes you feel sluggish, lazy and generally without any energy, Not only that, but your skin may look and feel a bit worse for wear.

If you'd like to use this season to spruce up your skincare routine and learn how to make your own skincare products using essential oils, this DIY Natural Skincare Products for Winter Mood Elevation workshop, run by Sze Wing Yip , will definitely get you in a better mood this winter!



Essential oils are used to elevate your mood, balance your chakras or help you to get a good night sleep and now you can learn to make some of your own natural spa products for fun!

From 1pm-4pm on Saturday, 19th July, you'll make the following products:

1 x Moisturizing body lotion
1 x Invigorating shower gel
1 x Detoxing Bath Salt
1 x Chakra Balance message oil

You will also receive a workbook with recipes you can replicate at home, and afternoon tea will be provided too.



In this special workshop, you will learn about aromatherapy, the most basic uses of common essential oils AND how to use essential oils to bring back balance (or homeostasis), to strengthen Your immune system, elevate emotions and create a sanctuary just for you!

You'll get hands-on experience making your own products using essential oils, clays, spices, herbs, sugar, salt and various natural oils & butters.
