Fun aromatherapy workshop - take your products home
We all know what it's like to be stressed out and busy, whether you are a parent looking after your family, an industrious professional working on their career, a diligent student or a mix of any of these. Any form of stress release is welcome, and the closer this brings us to emotional connection, the better.
This is where aromatherapy comes in. Aromatherapy works on the premise that people respond to scents on an emotional level. Certain aromas trigger a range of chemical reactions in the body, and can help relax, calm, stimulate or give a person a feeling of wellbeing.
Now you can learn how to use aromatherapy in your day to day life. Attend the DIY Natural Beauty and Spa Products Workshop presented by SzeWing Yip of Intuitive Coaching. This workshop will be held on Saturday, 3rd May at the Life and Balance Centre in Glebe, and will run from 1pm to 4pm. This could be the perfect early Mother's Day treat, or a great way to learn more about the art of aromatherapy for yourself and your friends.
