DIY Classes at Bunnings Warehouse

Home > Brisbane > Courses
Published April 18th 2011
Hiring a tradesperson these days can be expensive. Learn how to do it yourself with a class or workshop at Bunnings Warehouse. Each month, Bunnings provides beginner and intermediate lessons focused on the house and garden.

Adult D.I.Y. classes offer instruction on a range of household assignments, from building to improving household safety. Ladies D.I.Y. nights are designed to teach women how to use tools and to provide advice on how to tackle odd jobs. Kids D.I.Y. workshops are a fun experience where participants learn to make toys and other items. They are suitable for children aged five and older.

All Bunnings classes are provided free of charge. Bookings are essential and can be made online. You will also find class information and timetables online.

If you already possess the handyman skills but lack specific knowledge, visit the D.I.Y. website for tips and advice on a range of projects. Access step by step instructions on building (such as making your own workbench), renovations (like changing a shower head) or general around the house stuff (for example, unclogging the sink).

There's also a selection of videos from Bunnings experts on common household projects like sanding and polishing floors or installing a window.
