The Dandenong Markets are also known as the "world market".
They are a 150-year old traditional working market in Melbourne's South East. They are a haven for fresh produce and ingredients that are normally difficult to find.
During the course of a year, these markets see about 5 million visitors, many of whom are looking for authentic and fresh produce.
There are generally over 200 market traders who cover an area of about 8,000 square metres. Dandenong Market has so much to offer with everything from honeycomb - fresh from the beehive, to flowers straight from the farm, to fruit just picked from the orchard.
