There are a number of events that take place and one of these is the Makers Market, which takes place on the last Sunday of the month.
There is a lot more to these monthly markets than you would expect; you can get involved in workshops, take part in giveaways, listen to cool music and get to know lots of new, up and coming brands for all kinds of products. Each market has a different theme, different stalls and different entertainment. What a great way to spend a Sunday.
The first market of the year will take place on the 26th January and of course the theme for the market will be Australian, what else? There will be music by Scot McDade (10am-12pm) and Rosie and Robbie (12pm-3pm) and a workshop by Mia Emily Freeman, where you can learn how to draw your favourite native animal.
