Ever since I was 7-years-old, I knew I wanted to be a writer and made my own Mr Men books. Today, I am a freelance writer and have the privilege to review bands, theatre and comedy across Melbourne, not to mention interview some incredible artists.

Get ready to be mesmerised by Disney
Disney On Ice celebrates Mickey and Friends has arrived in Melbourne at Rod Laver Arena until the 8th July and will then head to Newcastle and Sydney. As the magical show falls in the middle of school holidays, the show is fun for all the family. All your favourite Disney characters are back including Donald Duck, Goofy, Minnie Mouse, the Disney Princesses and for the first time Moana graced the stage. Moana was perfection on ice and garnered a resounding applause from the audience.

Tom Williams, Australian media personality and Disney On Ice fan is the Ambassador for the Australian 2019 tour. "I'm thrilled to be the ambassador for the 2019 Disney On Ice tour. My family and I have always been huge fans of the show and Rachel and I will be able to share our childhood Disney memories with our girls,"

"I may not be pitch perfect, but I'll be singing along loudly to Let it Go and How Far I'll Go!" says Tom.

When all the Disney princesses took to the stage it was a spectacular scene and special mention goes out to Rapunzel for her outstanding skills on ice.

Disney On Ice celebrates Mickey and Friends was highly entertaining and is generally more suited for younger children, aged between 2-12. The world-class skaters, captivating choreography coupled with stunning costumes made for an exciting show. The acoustics were incredible, making each song radiant throughout the arena which added to the allure of the show. Disney on Ice has been running for over 30 years and the current show embodies all the traditional elements of Disney whilst adopting a more contemporary approach. The enchanting show is truly breathtaking and will capture your children's attention. My 3 nieces, Harmony, Aaliyah and Destiny loved the show and I'm certain they will remember it fondly for years to come.
