Vocalist Elisabeth Beltrame heads up the quintet alongside Adelaide musicians Nicholas Sverdloff (saxophone), Declan Horan (double-bass), Wade Nixon (drums) and Tom Cole (keys), who also wrote all the standards in the show.
After a brief welcome from Beltrame the performance kicked off with a stunning rendition of 'Be Our Guest' from Beauty and the Beast. We won't give all of the songs away, but rest assured Beltrame will take you on an intricately weaved story through the lands of Disney. Melding one song into the next, it was a great way to reminisce with childhood memories.

Beltrame certainly handled a large vocal range of songs in a very enjoyable style, mixed through with some incredible solos from each of the musicians. Both the pianist and sax had some outstanding moments.
Don't miss out on Disney Meets Jazz at the Adelaide Fringe!
For us, the peak of the show was the fast-paced and upbeat 'Zero to Hero' from Hercules. It was our absolute favourite song of the entire show, both for Beltrame's vocal range, and the impressive capability from all the musicians on the stage. It would've been a highlight, had this been the final song of the show.
If you love jazz and Disney then this magical performance is for you.
