In Summary

Breakfast

Spain

Morning Fiesta Mini Frittatas
A lot like an omelette, but you do not need to flip over. Mix-in what you like, such as cheese, vegetables, or bacon.

Lunch

Canada

Cheddar Cheese-tastic Soup
Cheddar is an all-time favorite, especially the extra smooth and creamy cheddar made in the Canadian province of Ontario.

Greece

Wrap 'n' Roll Wraps
In Greece, gyros are usually made with pita bread, roasted meat and tzatziki sauce. This recipe uses flour tortillas, including the recipe for tzatziki sauce.

Dinner

Italy

Spectacular Spaghetti and Meatballs
Spaghetti and meatballs go together like peanut butter and jelly. But it was not until immigrants came to the United States that the two were served together!

In Opinion

I have highlighted the recipes I have found the best. The only section I am not impressed with would be the Desserts.

The recipes are easy to follow. Parents creating cultural dishes with their children is nice for bonding.

I give this cookbook a 5-star rating.
