Get Frozen fly Planes drive Cars see Princesses find Nemo
On the weekend of 9 and 10 August 2014 Southbank comes alive for kids with the Disney Fun Zone.
Whatever your Disney favourite - you'll find it at Southbank this weekend.
Which Disney Princess is your child's favourite? Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Mulan, Tiana, Rapunzel and Merida? Many of the franchise Princesses will be represented.
Does your child like Disney's Planes or Cars? Come along to Southbank for action packed adventure fun while the littlies bounce and bump around off Planes in the inflatable activity zones.
Meet Mack the Transporter or Lightning McQueen and see your child's face light up with excitement.
And speaking of Cars fans, littlies can learn to drive on a training track and role play their favourite character. The youngsters can slide their way down Lightning McQueen for some slip sliding fun in the inflatable activity zone.
Check out the cinema dome and you might Find Nemo.
Frozen fans are not left out though. If you have any talented youngsters, or budding singers, they can sing their hearts out at the Frozen karaoke.
Bring the kids to Southbank, and spend some quality family time playing and enjoying the family. Hear their squeals of happiness and laughter as they enjoy their favourite characters.
Suitable for children aged 2 to 12.
When the family has had their fill of fun in the Disney Fun Zone, move over to the Wheel of Brisbane where they have a great special offer. Kids aged 12 and under can ride free on Disney Fun Zone weekend, but they must ride with a paying full fare adult in the same wheel cabin. There's a maximum of three children per adult.
Where were the princesses? It sounded like there were going to be characters (or when you said "Many of the franchise Princesses will be represented" did that just mean by a poster or something?) We were there for a few hours on Sunday 11am-1pm and didn't see anyone or anything abt princesses besides the Frozen activity area and karaoke and long lines.
