Disney Delights at this year's Fringe.
What a Magical ride
The two performers absolutely take you on a magical adventure of a wide variety of
Disney songs showcasing their impressive vocals and natural charismatic stage presence. Guiding you through every movie imaginable from
The Little Mermaid, The Jungle Book, The Lion King, Frozen and ending with a fun and cheerful performance of "Your Welcome" from
Moana, these two performers didn't take themselves seriously but absolutely commanded the audience attention as their enthusiasm was infectious.
This show is raw and there are no frills with production, just two amazing vocalists having an absolute blast performing for the crowd on a topic which is clearly a passion for them both. A wonderful cameo was a surprise from the stagehand who blew the audience away with her passionate performance – such a brilliant and obviously not rehearsed part of this show. This just summed up the cheeky, natural and relaxed vibe from the performers who just put on an amazingly entertaining show – I must say the hour passed too quickly and I'm sure there should be a part 2!
So, close your eyes and just imagine floating on a carpet ride, running with Simba through pride rock or even wishing you had legs instead of a tail as you sit back and enjoy the magic that is
Disney Delights.
