Make accessories for your bike at the National Museum
Do your kids love to ride their bikes? For the first week of the school holidays, the National Museum of Australia will be running a school holiday workshop which relates to their current Freewheeling exhibition, which shows the history of bikes in Australia.
Between 3rd - 7th July, kids can ride their bikes to the museum (with bike racks out the front to leave them) and then design and make bike accessories to take home. Bookings are essential through Eventbrite.
Time: Two sessions daily: 10–11.30am and 11.30am–1pm
Cost: $10 per child.
All ages, children must be accompanied by an adult
* Also remember to go back on Sunday, 9th July for the Family Fun Day between 10am - 1pm. See the National Museum of Australia website "What's On" for more details.
