Come here for a cheap meal
This cafe is a stone's throw away from RMIT and the Queen Victoria Market in the city. It is hidden in a hostel called "Discovery Melbourne", which is easy to find. You can easily walk from Melbourne Central Station.

This place is pretty popular with backpackers, so if you are from out of town, you can enjoy a bite or two here and then stay the night at Discovery Melbourne. They offer free WI-FI and very friendly service with a smile.

They do big meals for cheap. Most of them are Aussie style food, such as fish and chips, pasta, pizza and chicken schnitzel.

All the meals are under $15. They have daily lunch specials as well for $12, which includes a drink.

I had the vegetarian pasta. For about $10, it came in a huge plate which I struggled to finish. Someone else ordered Chicken Schnitzel, and they also found it hard to finish as well!

I quite enjoyed the pasta, as the pasta was al dente and there was heaps of vegetables. The tomato sauce was a tad bit on the sugary side though.

Do pop by if you are after cheap and large-size meals!
