Many people went through a phase in their childhood where they were obsessed with ancient Egypt. Thanks to so many different movies, it is a concept introduced to us at a young age and many people still have an interest in the history and wonders of Ancient Egypt. Getting to Egypt itself is a bit difficult unless you have the time and money. Luckily, it is a lot easier to get to the Perth Museum Boola Bardip. And now, you have to chance to discover Ancient Egypt in your own backyard.

Thanks to Rijksmuseum van Oudheden in the Netherlands, there are going to be a lot of different artefacts that are going to be on display. You have the chance to see treasured antiques, decorated coffins, statues and extracts from the Book of the Dead. There are also going to be mummies, and some brand new CAT scans that show the inside of the mummies, where you will see some human and animal remains from 3000 years ago.

Find out all about the lifestyles and religions that created Ancient Egypt that we have all heard about. Learn about the Canopic Jars, and how they turned people into mummies.
It's a very interesting and educational experience. There will be hands-on activities and digital experiences that will bring Ancient Egyptian and Nubian history to a whole new generation.

For adults, tickets are $20, children are $15. Kids under 4 are free. This incredible display is going to be coming to the WA shores on Saturday, 10th of June and will stay there until Sunday, 8th of October. The museum opens at 9:30am and close at 5pm. Get your tickets early and take the whole family to see this amazing historical collection.
