Discover TAFE Week is an opportunity for all prospective students to come along and discover a treasure trove of study options at their local TAFE.Interactive Discover TAFE sessions will be held at Alex Hills, Bracken Ridge, Caboolture, Grovely, Loganlea, Mount Gravatt, Redcliffe and South Bank TAFE campuses on selected days from Monday 28th of July to Friday 1st of August, 2014.Everyone is welcome to come along to a free session; whether you're in high school, studying, or working and want a career change, you will discover something new about TAFE.Depending on the location you visit, you could see presentations from TAFE Brisbane schools of Fitness, Beauty, Nursing, Dental, Community Services, Early Childhood Education and Care, Business, Engineering, ICT and Digital Design, Animal Sciences, Horticulture and whole host of Creative Arts including Acting, Fashion, Graphic Arts, Music, Sound and Floristry. At each Discover TAFE session you will have the chance to experience your choice of TAFE course first-hand and see how it could set you on a pathway to further study or gain you a place in the workforce. Friendly course coordinators and teachers will be on hand to answer your questions at the pop-up product stations, showcasing course specific information and you'll also be able to view live demonstrations, participate in the interactive displays and depending on whether you attend a morning or evening session, enjoy a light breakfast or supper.
