Looking for something fun to do with the kids these school holidays? Something they'll love but won't have you yawning or cringing from the back? Look no further than Dinosaur Guts.

Dinosaur Guts is a hilarious comedy show by newly formed duo, Shane Matheson and Madeleine Culp.

The idea first came to Shane back in 2012 when performing Shane Matheson and the Immortal Space Hopper of Doom at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival – it was filled with songs, physical comedy and an all-out spacehopper battle and he thought, 'This would actually really appeal to kids, just totally wrong timeslot.' Meanwhile, fellow comedian Madeleine Culp had her own ideas about a show for kids that would also be filled with plenty of jokes for adults. One thing led to another and Shane and Madeleine – friends, neighbours and frequent guest stars in each other's shows – decided to combine their powers and create Dinosaur Guts, a multi-layered show which will appeal to both kids and grownups alike.

What's it about?
Shane and Madeleine are strangers who find themselves trapped in a dinosaur's stomach. They seem too different to be friends; in fact, they don't get along at all. But they'll have to put aside their differences and face many challenges as they try to find their way out—whatever it takes. Can they work together to escape in time for Holly Spolly's biggest party ever?

This incredible show takes place entirely inside a dinosaur belly and features zany songs, unpredictable slapstick, surprise guests, loads of jokes and, of course, audience participation!
Dinosaur Guts is a hilarious and engaging extravaganza for kids aged 5–500. It's stupid and fun, in that order.

'Thank you for letting me watch your comedy show! I hope we can do it again! I thought it was very funny!' – Lil, age 9
