Experience the thrill as these dinosaurs come to life
The Dino Land exhibit is currently running in Fremantle and provides the perfect opportunity to get up close to these majestic prehistoric beasts. The event is set up on the Esplanade and hard to miss with a large dinosaur on top of a shipping container drawing attention at the entrance.

Dino Land features large animatronic dinosaurs sure to give your little ones a thrill as they move and make noise. The dinosaurs are behind a barrier but you can still get quite close to them and it's a great photo opportunity.

There are activities such as bouncy castles, fossils and dinosaur-related puzzles included in your entry price. These are located in the "Discovery Zone", which also has a coffee van.

There is a coffee van located onsite.

There is a "Bugs World" section with over-sized insects and arachnids. These are statues, so unlike some of the dinosaurs, do not move or make noise.

There is a lot of written information about dinosaurs spread around the exhibit on signs which older children and adults may find interesting. It can be both a fun and educational experience.

Some of the signs have simple facts while others have much more detailed information.

Tickets are $10 each, with children under 2 free. Dino Land is located right next to the ferris wheel, and there is the option of purchasing a combined ticket for entry to Dino Land and a ride on the ferris wheel for $15. This option is available online only. Your entry to Dino Land is limited to one hour (you select your time slot when purchasing your ticket) as numbers are limited and cleaning takes place regularly to follow Covid guidelines. This event runs until Sunday 31st January 2021.
