Popular TV cook, Poh Ling Yeow (Poh's Kitchen) is launching her long-awaited cookbook 'Same Same But Different' with a special dining experience at the Parmelia Hilton on Monday 19th of May, 2014
Following the success of the bestselling 'Poh's Kitchen - My Cooking Adventures', 'Same Same But Different' contains 100 brand new recipes, which are uniquely organised in pairs that share a common process, ingredient or texture; so a 'bite sized spice' could be Kunyit (turmeric) Fried Chicken or a Curry Puff, and a 'yummy curry' could be Prawn and Pineapple Curry or a Beef Rendang.
Full of mouth-watering recipes, this book will inspire you to go in new culinary directions with familiar ingredients.
To celebrate the release of 'Same Same But Different' Dymocks is hosting a special one night only literary/dining event entitled '' at the Parmelia Hilton.
Guests are invited to arrive at 6.30 for pre-dinner drinks and 7 pm start, and once seated, a delectable three-course dinner will be served, accompanied by a selection of wines by Howard Park wines.
Poh will then participate in an intimate Q & A session and a book signing event.
All are welcome to attend this exclusive event with tickets priced $120 per person, which includes pre-dinner drinks and three course dinner with wine.
