The exact location of this secret culinary experience will be disclosed to guests 24 hours before the event through a series of clues and maps.Commencing at 6.30pm, guests will be welcomed with a glass of champagne, seated in a private dining room and blindfolded. This will allow you to enjoy a unique sensory-driven dining experience. Over the three courses of the chef's signature dishes, you'll be guessing flavour combinations and sharpening your taste, smell and touch senses.The menu will be expertly matched with three glasses of wine, or you can opt for beer or soft drinks. A vegetarian option is also available and the menu can be catered to specific dietary requirements.
