An evening of the chef's favourites and sweet romance

This Valentine's Day, 14th February, dine in the splendour of The Essence Restaurant, the signature restaurant of Melbourne Marriott Hotel.

During the evening, guests will be treated to a specially crafted 4-course menu, complemented with a tantalising French champagne cocktail on arrival.

Each dish will showcase the finest locally sourced special ingredients.

Indulge your senses with:

Amuse – bouche

Aspic gazpacho, hickory smoked spanner crab, white balsamic & shallots

Vegetarian option: tomato tartare, goat's curd, semolina pillow with herb oil



Duo of oysters with watermelon, lime, mint granita & scallop ceviche with furikake spiced prawn shaving

Vegetarian option: spiced Moroccan pumpkin flower with quinoa, Persian fetta & pomegranate salad



Chocolate & red wine braised beef short rib, parsnip cream, baby beetroot chips

Vegetarian option: caramelised pumpkin & ricotta tortellini, pine nuts, sage & burnt butter



Red velvet lamington pannacotta, pistachio cream, peanut butter & jelly granola

Bookings are now open for Dine on Valentine - choose from two sittings: 5.30pm and 7:30pm. The price is $85 per person.
