This restaurant is known for their dumplings which are hand made by a famous chef, Ken Hom.
The first Din Tai Fung opened in 1974. It was only a small stall in Taipei but now they have successfully expanded and can be found in Japan, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, USA, Hong Kong, Australia and are soon to open in Thailand.
I personally haven't tried this out yet but some of my friends have and one they told me that the dumplings are really nice. And I've done some research on this restaurant, I've read a lot of good reviews about this place.
The desserts look really nice as well, they have this Mango Triple Fantasy dessert, and it looks really good. My friend has tried it and she said it's really nice and it's really big - you need four people to finish it.
The place sells, rice/noodle dishes, chicken, beef, pork, veggie plates, cold and hot dessert plates and many more.
If you want to try the dumplings, which this restaurant is best known for, you must be fast for a seat. First in, first serve basis.
If you get to try this before I do, please leave a comment and tell me your experience. I can't wait to try this, I don't know about you but the images are making me drool. They look fresh and tasty.
The prices may be over priced for just a small proportion of food but if it's nice than it's worth every penny.
Experience Asian cuisine and why not bring your friends, family lovers to try it out and tell me your experience.
There are two restaurants in the city, one in World Square and one in Westfield Sydney.
