There's no degustation like a dumpling degustation
Famous dumpling specialist, Din Tai Fung is hosting an 18-course Dumpling Journey that'll include dumpling favourites, as well as new flavours and classic dumplings with a twist.

The degustation, or journey as Din Tai Fung is calling it, is being held at Din Tai Fung Restaurant on 14 August 2017. Two time options are available on the day of the degustation - 6pm or 7.30pm.

Get all your dumpling demands met at the degustation, which will feature eight new flavours, the return of the giant Xiao Long Bao, crowd favourites and classics with a twist.

The exciting flavours that will be on offer include peking duck spring rolls; a crispy roll with lobster; a deep fried wonton with crab stick, cream cheese and roe; a Hawaiian pizza dumpling; and a chicken and mushroom jiao zi.

Dessert dumplings will also be on the menu, including green tea, sesame mochi and chocolate banana dumplings.

Not only will you be making your tummy happy, you will also make some struggling children happy, as with every Dumpling Journey ticket sold Din Tai Fung will donate $10 to Be Centre - a children's mental health charity providing Play Therapy for kids aged 3-13 years.
