Cantonese Cuisine by Chef Leong Chee Yeng
Enjoy delightful authentic Cantonese dim sum in the newly revamped Jade Restaurant with À La Carte Dim Sum Buffet featuring over 50 handcrafted creations. The menu is listed here. Popular items include Deep-fried Taro Paste wrapped with Truffles and Mushrooms, Steamed Pork Siew Mai with Abalone and Boiled Congee with Lobster and Dried Scallops.

The dim sum buffet is available for two sessions from 11am to 12.45pm, and 1.15pm to 3pm. It is reasonably priced at S$39 per adult and S$19 per child aged from 6 to 11 years old. Bookings are available online at here.
