Diggies is the perfect spot to eat your lunch with a stunning view of the beach beside you. Some seats even have a direct view of the ocean, so you can gaze out at the waters while you sip an ice-cold juice or a hot coffee (depending on the weather).

Welcome to Diggies

Inside this North Wollongong cafe, you'll find the most charming beach-chic decor and a menu full of enticing items. On the menu at Diggies, you'll find fresh juices, smoothies, fish and chips, wholesome meals and more classic cafe fare like pancakes and eggs. Of course, there's also great coffee and tea.

Other interesting features include an ice-cream fridge full of pat and sticks ice-cream sandwiches, which may well be the best ice-cream sandwiches on the market. As a bonus point, Diggies is very family friendly, providing a fun kids menu and the option of colouring in sheets and pencils for the little diners. They even sell stylish Diggies merch (onesies and tees) for the little ones, which you can check out on their Facebook page or inside the cafe.

Diggies is on the more expensive side, but that is assumed when you're sitting in a spot with ocean views. The size of the meals varies depending on what you order, and they have some vegan salads on the menu for those who are avoiding animal products.
Though it may not be the right place to go for fine dining, it certainly is a pleasant place to relax with a coffee and a slice of cake, or a simple meal with friends.
