As we (inevitably) keep making our way towards the hotter months of the year, it's not surprising that an increasing number of people find themselves craving an icy cold drink to combat the heat. It's also a good idea to eat plenty of fruit during these summer months, to help stay hydrated. This is where Diego's Drop comes in, combining icy cold drinks with a variety of fruit flavours available - you're essentially killing two birds with one stone when you purchase an iced tea from Diego's Drop!
Are Diego's Drop iced teas good?
Well, I wouldn't be writing this article if it wasn't, so yes, they're good. A testament to the quality of Diego's Drop iced teas is its appearance on
Style Magazines' list of
Brisbane's Best Iced Tea - in fact, Diego's Drop was number one on the list! For more testimonials, check out Diego's Drop's
Instagram page where you will see lots and lots of happy customers, both regulars and newbies alike. Here are quotes from just a few of those many happy customers to give you a taste (pun intended) of Diego's Drop's yummy iced goodness:

What ingredients are used in Diego's Drop iced teas?
Diego's Drop makes
real iced tea based on loose leaf tea, specifically Japanese green or black Turkish tea. They do not add any preservatives but their tea is full of flavour - Diego's Drop is naturally sweetened. The other ingredients in Diego's Drop iced teas, of course, depend on what you order. Diego's Drop currently have 3 different flavours of iced tea:
Pomegranate iced tea
Lime ginger iced tea
Passionfruit coconut iced tea
In addition to their range of flavoured iced teas, Diego's Drop also sell iced organic coffee during the summer months! Plus, it's worth noting that Diego's Drop costs $5 per iced tea, but you can get refills for only $3 - what a bargain!
Note: The $3 refills apply for iced teas only.
Where can I purchase Diego's Drop iced teas?
Katy, owner of Diego's Drop iced teas, is a very busy lady - she attends multiple markets throughout the week without fail, and considerately keeps customers updated on her whereabouts through posts on Diego's Drop's
Instagram page . Diego's Drop can be found at both markets that are held on a regular basis, and one-off or seasonal markets. Here are some of the markets Diego's Drop has attended in the past:
Why is there a pug featured on the logo of Diego's Drop?
It's about time, I thought you'd never ask! The branding of Diego's Drop, the face behind the logo, and the reason for choosing the name 'Diego' is all for one very lucky little black pug named... you guessed it, Diego! Diego is a much loved furbaby who is also the canine CEO of Diego's Drop - this little man is very successful at such a young age. Some might even call him a pug-spiration, or a pug-trepreneur, or a... okay sorry, I'll stop with the pug puns now.
Is there anything else about Diego's Drop that is worth mentioning?
Diego's Drop offers BYO - that is, they charge only $4 (instead of the normal price of $5) per 500ml if you bring your own reusable water bottle.
Do your bit for the environment and help your bank account out at the same time! Their teas stay fresh and tasty for up to two days, but it's doubtful that you will be able to make them last longer than an hour... mine was literally gone in about 3 minutes.
I can't wait to get my next Diego's Drop fix!
