The best outside pool facility in Canberra
Dickson Aquatic Centre is a series of outdoor pools including a heated 50 metre pool, a pool for children learning to swim (shaded, with a depth of a metre), a toddler pool, and Canberra's only outdoor Splash Park.

All of the pools except the largest are fully or partly shaded, and there is a café and a massage centre on site. Some picnic facilities are available, and there is plenty of lush grass for kids to run around.

In the toddler pool

There is also a small playground.
