Work, Rest, Play in Adelaide :D
Published June 11th 2011

Passionate, young chef Quang Nguyen has recently open up Devour Dessert Bar on Prospect Road with great success, bringing new and refreshing nightlife to Prospect.

Devour is a delicious experience with new and creative desserts produced frequently for dessert lovers to devour themselves in decadent creations such as chocolate doughnuts, crème brulee, chocolate garden, tiramisu, lemon meringue and my favourite (so far) mandarin soufflé with vanilla bean ice cream. Mr Nguyen has a creative take on classic desserts bringing new life to old favourites.

Lemon Meringue

With an intimate dining experience provided by dim lighting and candle lit tables as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere, this new dessert bar is a great treat. Catch up with friends and family over hot tea and dessert or invite a special date and treat them to Devours orgasmic range of desserts.

Apple Quince Walnut Crumble

Brulee on chocolate hazelnut slice and pineapple sorbet

Follow them on Facebook and Twitter for up to date posts on new desserts and creations.

Thanks for the tip Anon, it can always be a bit embarrassing turning up somewhere that doesn't take EFTPOS when you don't have any cash on you. I must remember to carry notes one me all the time for this reason, there are quite a few smaller but fantastic places that don't use EFTPOS at the moment. Will keep it in mind when visiting Devour.
